General information

When

The summer school begins on the morning of Monday July 12 and ends on Friday July 16 at noon. Accommodation will be available from Sunday July 11 to Sunday July 18.

Fees

The school is free of charge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included from Monday to Friday afternoon (lunch), except the diner on Tuesday evening.

Where

The conference will be held at the Paris-Saclay University, the largest research campus in France, located 20 km south of Paris. This location is an ideal mix, with Paris easy to get to for cultural or scientific tours, and the woods just next door, easily available for a summer walk.

The lectures and seminars will take place in the "hbar building" (building 625, rue Louis de Broglie, 91400 Orsay) on the plateau de Moulon.

If you take the suburban train (RER B), you should go to Massy, and then take the bus 91.06 : get off at the stop "Moulon".

For those who could not join us, videos of the lectures and seminars should be avalaible online without any registration on the PSM-SP channel.

This is not a hybrid summer school: there will be a delay between the lectures/seminars and their online access.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available on campus in student housing (13-14 m2 rooms with a bathroom and a kitchen), about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the suburban train station "Bures-sur-Yvette":

Résidence les rives de l'Yvette, Bâtiments 231/232 voie de la Faculté, 91440 Bures Sur Yvette.

It is about 30 minutes by foot from the conference location.

If you do not feel like climbing up on the Plateau, you can get the bus 07 (except on July 14th):

You then have to go out at the "Lieu de vie" bus stop.
